Class Schedule
The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm, by appointment or scheduled class only, and on Saturday from 10am to 5pm. To book a class, please review the calendar below then call (250) 667-1389 or fill out our online form.
From Monday to Saturday, the studio is available for private and semi-private classes.
We are taking registration for all classes now. Please email with any inquries, registration or gift certificate questions.
Position Opening
Our studio is expanding so we would like to offer a co-op opportunity to Pilates teachers and Yoga teachers with experience in restorative with Yoga, Hatha flow, and meditation. Healing bowl would be a benifit at our studio. Please call 250-667-1389.
Pilates (see Yoga)
In February 2012, we are pleased to announce that our reformer classes will be available as private, semi-private, and 2 or 3 persons per class with bigger savings per 10 class series.
We'll also have Children's "Dance, Pilates & Yoga" 40-minute classes in February, which will be a combo class of dance flow, get fit pilates on the ball with balance & integration, eye-hand coordination plus quiet time and inward meditation. Details to come!

- Mon @ 6pm: Intermediate Mat
- Tue @ 10am: Restorative Intermediate
- Wed 10:15am - 11am: Group Machine (starts 15, 3 people min)
- Wed 6:15pm - 7pm: Group Machine (starts Feb 15, 3 people min)
- Thu 10:15am - 11am: Group Machine (starts Feb 16, 3 people min)
- Thu @ 6pm: Beginner Pilates Mat
- Fri 10:15am - 11am: Group Machine (starts Feb 17, 3 people min)
- Fri @ 10am: Restorative Intermediate
All classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel, we require 24 hours notice. All classes are transferrable but not refundable.
